چکیده
A description of the hardware–software complex designed and manufactured for operational assessment concentration a dissolved substance in water stream on lower surface metal pipes various technological lines without sampling is presented. At Trofimuk Institute Petroleum Geology Geophysics SB RAS dependences electrical conductivity aqueous solutions temperature were studied under specific conditions – an electrically conductive cell. Physical experiments performed using different mineralization (from 0.5 to 300 g/L), measuring cell made steel small volume (8.14 cm 3 ). Mathematical modeling solution has been performed.

Method for measuring mineralization in lake sediments.
A method is described for measuring the mineralization of an organic solute ((14)C-glucose) by the heterotrophic indigenous bacteria in lake sediments. Since there is no suitable procedure for the determination of in situ microbial activities in sediments, the procedure described is probably the best devised so far and may serve as a base for a more definitive procedure.
